Reedsport- Alfred “Al” Black, 82, passed away peacefully at home on December 18, 2018.
Al was born on May 20, 1936 in Wynne Arkansas to Curtis and Lilly (Luker) Black. He would eventually meet and marry Betty Sullivan; they were married in Reno Nevada on September 4, 1979. They spent their married life together in Prineville and Reedsport Oregon. Together they owned multiple successful businesses.
Al loved playing bingo as well as hunting and fishing. He was a longtime member of the Eagles Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Betty, son Kenneth (Terrie) Black, daughter Darcia (Rick) Harrison, and son Audy (Jackie) McGee. He was preceded in death by his parents. Al wished to be cremated and no services to be held. Dunes Memorial Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
