Carly Renee Oswill-Williams

December 11, 2017

Carly Renee Oswill-Williams, 21, of Gold Beach, Oregon was taken on December 11, 2017, to rest along side her Mother, Lisa Oswill following a tragic vehicle accident on Hwy 38 near Reedsport, Oregon.

Carly was born on April 7, 1996 in Los Angeles, California to Raymond Williams and Lisa Oswill. She grew up in Tigard, Oregon and graduated from Tigard High School in Spring of 2014 with a 4.0 G.P.A..She was a kind-hearted, free spirit with an absolute zest for life.  Backed by a strong love for God, her family and friends, she impacted everyone with her positive good vibes. Carly will be remembered as a great friend and listener.  She had dreams to change the world by learning great traits, including sign language, music, and through writing. She was a gifted photographer as well but it was her laughter filled the room and her smile filled our hearts.

She is now joined with her Mother, Lisa Oswill, her Aunt Renee Durra, Uncle Tony Williams. She is survived by her Father, Raymond Williams, brother’s Chaz and Colby Oswill-Williams, Grandparents Vic and Charlene McKay, Raymond and Rose Williams, her nephew Cruz Williams, sisters by choice, Catherine Bach and Jamaesha Espinoza, and an abundance of extended family and friends who all loved and admired her.

A funeral service will be held at Southwest Church of Christ in Tigard, Oregon at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2018.  A celebration of life will follow on July 14, 2018 in Gold Beach, Oregon.
