Debra “Debbie” Wallace, 71, of North Bend, Oregon, passed away at her home on August 19, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones, following a brief fight with pancreatic cancer.

Debbie was born on September 22, 1954, in Oakridge, Oregon, to Sonny and Jean Shank. She served as the chief financial officer of Northwest Building Specialists, where she was an important and valued part of the family business.

Debbie was selfless by nature and always placed her family before herself. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, and she had a deep passion for gardening. Her devotion to her family and the love she gave so freely will remain an enduring part of her legacy.

Before her passing, Debbie placed her faith in Jesus Christ, trusting in His death and resurrection for her salvation. Her family takes great comfort in knowing that she is now with our Lord and Savior.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Michael Wallace, with whom she shared much of her life and raised their family; her sons, Zach Wallace and Tyler Wallace; her daughter, Christine Wallace; her brother, David Shank; her sister, Marilyn Bennett; her grandsons, Caleb Wallace and Michael Wallace; and her granddaughters, Milena Wallace, Grace Wallace, and Miranda Wallace.

A Celebration of Debbie’s life will take place at Dunes Memorial Chapel in Reedsport at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 19th, 2026.
