Born in Scotia, CA. in 1953. Both of his parents Eugene A. (Tony) Silva, and Roselle Silva proceeded him in death.
He leaves behind three sisters. Linda Overstreet, Carol Hanson, and Sharon Short. Three nephews. Wiley Montgomery, David Overstreet, and Chris Silva, and also A Large and Loving "Blended Bonus Family." Daughters Lorie, Karla, April,& Molly. Sons Dallas and Jessie
