Patrick Ryan “Pat” Jones, 47, of Reedsport, Oregon, passed away tragically on June 30, 2025, in his hometown due to a single-vehicle car accident. Born on February 2, 1978, in Reedsport, Pat spent his entire life surrounded by the familiar forests and rivers he loved. A proud graduate of Reedsport High School, Pat was known for his easygoing nature, infectious smile, and solid work ethic. For most of his career, he dedicated himself to logging—a testament to his strength and perseverance. For 25 years, Pat was a loving partner to Andrea Tooley and a devoted father to Nickolas (23) and Adelynn (11). His family was his deepest pride. Pat was always up for an adventure—whether playing softball with friends, fishing, hunting, picking mushrooms, camping, or floating the river. He protected those he loved and brought laughter wherever he went. He is survived by his partner Andrea, children Nickolas and Adelynn, parents Melvin and Martha, brother Phil, sister Phyllis Girard, and brother Matt. Pat was a fantastic Uncle to his Nephews and Nieces, and one-of-a-kind and true friend.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held on August 17, 2025, at Blue Box Seafood in Winchester Bay, Oregon, from 12pm to 4pm. Come share memories and celebrate a great man.
